This is such a lovely product. I absolutely love it and does everything that we wanted it to. We had a slight problem with a little damage to the item but parasolshop’s customer service was amazing and the problem corrected without a fuss and right away. Great product and customer service. +++++

Well made , Easy to assemble , but needs 2 persons, once in use seems larger than the 2.5m , easy to change position, after sales services excellent, all in all very good buy, worth the money

Great value, easy to put together (with two people), easy to use and very well designed. Full instructions included but it is so easy to use. The fact that it tilts and swivels is a great feature as allows for more flexible use without having to move the base. Looks super stylish in the garden too.
