Made from a high-density polyethylene material, it can withstand most weather elements. Each of the pieces can be filled with water or sand to make them heavy and more secure, it also has handles on them if you do require for them to be moved.       These seem to do their job at the moment, time will tell.
      They take a good few minutes to fill with water but that is a good thing, more water more heavy. I wouldn’t dream of trying to fill with sand, god knows how long that would take!
      Take your time to ensure you don’t cross thread the caps when sealing.

      Support for garden umbrella very heavy and when base is full with water may be difficult for some to move plug not a good fit.

      They fit exactly on the frames bases fingers that just out for the frame itself is stopped by the weights. Had it up a few moderately windy days so far and it's good no issues.
