I have to say I really like this patio umbrella. I have had other umbrellas in the past and they are nowhere as nice as this one. the fabric is thick and there is a sewn in tie so you can tie it off when the weather is too windy or stormy.

We love this umbrella, it is beautiful & sturdy enough to withstand Wind bursts. Of course, I wouldn’t leave it open during high & strong winds, and certainly not during a Monsoon!

This is an impressive umbrella. My 67-year-old husband set it up by himself, although the directions recommend two people. I love the rotation feature, which makes it perfect for a west-facing deck like ours. The ability to rotate shade during the hot afternoon hours means that we can use our deck again during the summer months. It is an expensive umbrella, but the quality, features, and ease of use are worth the price. Very, very happy.

I like the material; seems more sturdy and looks more high end. The color is very calming. My husband wanted the red color, or the khaki, but was happy with my choice. It was easy to assemble and to open and close. We checked to see how the tilt function worked and was happy with the ease. The day we installed was a little windy, so to test them we left them open, and watched, and they barely moved, which impressed us
This is a strong sturdy umbrella with quality levers and weighted base. Comes with a cover for protection from elements when not in use. Takes some practice to put the cover on or take it off because the umbrella is so tall. They provide a stick to assist in getting the cover over the umbrella. Base can be filled with water or sand, but not both. Goes up and down easily. I hope to get years of use out of it.

I wanted a large parasol which would cover most of my patio. This does the job very well. I am a woman alone so needed a man to help with one part of the setting up of the parasol - to lift it up onto the base. It is easy for me to wind out and put up for use. I bought the large water filled base too and it is needed for windy weather. Would recommend.
